Jimmy & Son is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Please remove all personal effects, don't forget coins or change.

Jimmy & Son takes no responsibility for car phones, alarms, or other custom electronics.

No delivery date is guaranteed.

No car rental responsibility is accepted by Jimmy & Son.

Repairs exceed industry standards, but are not warranted and flawless.

Warranty covers only items we are paid to repair. No rust repairs are guaranteed. Owner assumes all responsibility.

If parts listed on the appraisal are not available, Jimmy & Son reserves the right to repair and or adjust as necessary to complete the auto repair.

Permission is granted to Jimmy & Son to test drive and inspect the vehicle.

If your auto is deemed to be a total loss; after you have agreed for Jimmy & Son to begin work; you are still responsible for any and all labor and part charges incurred up to that point.

All parts prices are subject to actual invoicing (estimate cost may change without our knowledge).

Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours of completion notice; vehicles deemed total loss; and vehicles not repaired but remain on our lot over night will be assessed a $15.00 a day storage fee until the vehicle leaves the premises.

Jimmy & Son is not responsible for dead batteries, custom window tinting, squeaks, rattles, or old or existing rust surfacing during surface buffing.

Insurance drafts (checks) must be properly endorsed.
If your insurance check requires your lender's endorsement, (two party check) then Jimmy & Son requires this draft in our possession for 24 hours prior to submitting check or endorsement.
Check cannot be submitted to lending institution the same day it is received.
Jimmy & Son cannot accompany you to the lender in your car.
If your lender is out of town, endorsement must be worked our between you and the institution.

A word of caution: If your account with the lending institutions is not current (paid up-to-date) then they may not endorse your check.

No personal checks over $1500.00.

Absolutely - no vehicle is released without payment in full.

We are sorry if these procedures cause you inconvenience, but banking policies and state laws require that this type of disclaimer and processing.

Please sign below as an acknowledgement that you have read and understand our policies and business procedures.

Not responsible for any personal items left in vehicle. I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with the necessary materials. You and your employees may operate the above vehicle for purpose of testing, inspection, or delivery at my risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. You will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond your control. Storage will be charged 48 hours after repairs are completed. In the event of legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, I will pay reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.
